**Job Description** About the Role**

We’re seeking a proactive and skilled **Manager Property Maintenance** to join our team, delivering exceptional outcomes across building and landscape projects.

**What you will do**
- Oversee and deliver high-quality building and landscape maintenance.
- Manage small building and landscape projects to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, including carpenters, horticulturalists, greenskeepers, and labourers.
- Foster a strong team culture aligned with corporate values.
- Develop and manage budgets, contracts, and relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
- Drive safety leadership and uphold risk management and legal compliance in all construction activities.
- Travel inter/intrastate as required to manage multiple projects.

**Qualifications** About you**
- You hold a degree in construction, engineering, architecture or related field (trade qualifications desirable).
- You have substantial experience in the building and landscaping industry, with experience working alongside architects and designers.

- Expectational problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage changing scopes, and handle challenges effectively.
