Delivery Manager

Our client, a top Australian bank that aims to be the best technology bank in Australia, is seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Manager to join their Digital Business Online team as they embark on a journey to redefine best in class Banking for the digital age.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for feature delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Managing risks and issues hindering feature delivery
- Facilitate and communicate effective, timely decisions based upon priorities set
- Build relationships across the division to influence decisions, drive alignment and prioritisation
- Build relationships with Senior Leaders to facilitate the delivery of our highest priority features

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager role, in a software/technical organisation
- Experience delivering features spanning multiple teams in an Agile environment
- Experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
- Knowledge of technical concepts and development processes
- Experience working in fast-paced, fluid environments
- The ability to understand business strategy, product roadmaps and technical architecture
- To be a strong communicator and collaborator, who can influence at all levels
- To be able to demonstrate a strong dependency management approach throughout delivery
- To be a natural leader; you will need to align and motivate teams end2end
- Experience working in a digital technology company is preferred, but not required. Prior experience working in a bank is not a requirement.
