Treehouse Early Learning Manly is an innovative, family owned, early learning centre located in the heart of Bayside Manly, Brisbane. We have embarked on our Treehouse Journey of adventure to provide inspiration, wonder and delight for all of our little friends.

We are seeking a skilled ECT, who shares our belief in creating a positive and happy childhood, for each of our friends. Combined with a high-quality understanding of early childhood and a passion to grow, together, we guide and nurture our friends, to flourish and aim for the stars This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Treehouse journey and become an inspirational leader in a child’s life.

Our passionate and caring Team of Educators, work within, our beautiful Centre, Monday to Friday, completing a variety of shifts. Educators provide a caring and compassionate manner, to help our little friends to grow and flourish, whilst maintaining professional standards at all times. We also welcome Educators, who are new to the industry, as our team of experienced Educators, also assist their colleagues in mentoring and supporting each other, to assist in gaining high quality practices at all times.

We have an opportunity for Casual Educators, to join our team, Monday to Friday, working with our very friendly Treehouse Team. We also offer flexibility to work around your busy schedule, with varying hours/ shifts available. Our Casual pool of Educators assist us, in covering annual leave and sickness of the permanent educators, within the Centre, allowing a familiar face to assist with the caring and nurturing of the children, in the absence of their usual Educator.

Our Centre, is fully equipped with modern resources and a host of learning opportunities, for children, creating simulating play spaces for everyone. Our children, enjoy their day, within beautiful classrooms, filled with natural light and warmth and many outdoor adventures, in their very own, fully equipped adventure playgrounds.

**We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members**:

- A recognized Educational and Care qualification or working towards a qualification
- Current Blue Card or Exemption Card
- Current First Aid and CPR - desirable

Pay: $23.64 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 28 per week
