What we’re looking for

We’re looking for passionate Educators who:

- Truly love working with children

- Are flexible and adaptable to children’s needs

- Have previous childcare or education experience (preferred but not essential)

A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator

Job Requirements

- Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children’s Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable

- Previous experience in childcare or education

- A genuine passion for working with children

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children
