**The Role**

We are currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our vibrant and professional Rail Team in our Seven Hills branch, and on-site in rail environments visiting our client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in our fast paced and dynamic industry. Working with a team of experienced professionals, this role will enable you to further develop your skills within the rail sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting and recording reference checks
- Writing job adverts and advertising online
- Effective database management
- Data entry and compliance duties
- Developing Rosters
- Promoting a positive safety culture
- Providing resourcing reporting for Senior Management

**Skills and experience**

- Confident, friendly phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in Rail sector/Recruitment Sector highly regarded (not essential)

**Mandatory Requirements**

To be eligible for this role you must:

- Pass a Rail Category 1 Medical
- Pass on-going internal and host site, random workplace drug and alcohol tests (Urine)
- Be willing to obtain RIW Card
- Complete Courses:

- Safely Access Rail Corridor
- Protection Officer Level 1 & 2
- Handsignaller Level 1 & 2
- Electrical Permit Holder
- Have reliable transport to travel to client sites as required
