**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently looking for expressions of interest from Law Graduates to join our innovative and market leading Alternative Legal Services (ALT) practice as Legal Analysts in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

**The team**:
Our ALT team provides clients with insights and market-leading solutions for high-volume, document-intensive legal work.

The team works in a complementary and seamless way, combining legal expertise, process efficiency and cutting-edge technology to deliver legal solutions that add value, reduce risk and are cost-effective.

ALT’s key products and services include document review for regulatory and large-scale contentious matters, supporting with evidence and trial preparation workflows, claims assessment, due diligence, commercial contracting, funds' repapering, client technology services (including advisory and document review software) and asset management for real estate clients.

**Key responsibilities**:
Our Legal Analysts are an integral part of our ALT team, working closely with Managers, Senior Solicitors, and Solicitors and expert lawyers within HSF. Your day could involve:

- Conducting document review, due diligence and other fee-earning work as required.
- Providing general matter support to the Manager, Senior Solicitors and Solicitors.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law to the ALT practice.
- Ensuring compliance with financial disciplines on matters including time-recording.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance on client matters and related tasks.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
