Breaking Barriers Disability Services is a NDIS Registered Provider servicing all areas from Sydney and the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on providing person centered supports to our Participants through Community Access, In Home Supports, Social Supports, Coordination of Supports, Supported Independent Living and Community Nursing.

Our Programs are tailored to provide people living with disabilities and their families, services to help them live safely and comfortably at home while actively enjoying their local Community.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to be responsible for the daily running of the office, providing Executive Support to the Chief Executive Officer as required, as well as the supervision and support of key personnel.

You will be expected to:

- Oversee all Company Functions as directed by the CEO including Auditing and Compliance requirements.
- Coordinate and manage Special Projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion on time and on budget
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents as required
- Oversee the BBDS Community Outreach Program including sourcing recipients and collating donations
- Manage the Company’s expense reports, ledgers, invoices and reimbursements
- Oversee and provide managerial support to the Client Leadership Team
- Organise Networking Events
- Provide guidance and support as needed to the On-Call Team should an emergency situation arise (on a rotational basis).

1. Diploma in Business or equivalent Tertiary Qualification in Human Services, Management or related field.

2. Experience & knowledge of the NDIS Sector

3. Demonstrated Experience in Leadership and Management

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, One Drive

**Desirable Criteria:

1 Experience with CRM systems, i.e. Dock’d

2 Administrative or Financial Qualifications

3 Experience and/or knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS)

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:
