The position would be responsible for sales and business development in the Right At Home - Padstow St George / Kogarah area. This will include identifying referral sources, service opportunities within retirement communities, client sales opportunities, presenting the company in client interviews and facilitating care contract negotiations.
- This position is responsible for building confidence in Right at Home and a lasting first impression with every referral source and client enquiry.
- This role is required to make a minimum of 5 calls on referral sources each working day. These are to be recorded and documented in the company’s CRM system.
- Dealing with a range of referral sources, older Australians and frail elderly clients and their families on a daily basis.
- Use exceptional etiquette to answer all enquiries from referral sources, within the agreed response timeframes, in a consistently friendly and professional manner leaving a lasting positive impression on the referral source.
- Ensure all referral sources are managed in an empathetic, friendly, interested and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust and confidence in Right at Home to ensure a positive and professional experience every time.
- Use a variety of superior interpersonal communication skills to deliver genuinely respectful referral source engagement including active listening, gaining all details, information gathering, problem analysis and solving, persuasiveness, and negotiation.
- Provide information and targeted advice to prospective referral sources.
**KPIs**
- Annual / monthly sales targets.
- Sales in revenue of care provided.
- Calls on referral sources - 5 calls per day.
- Conversion rate on sales calls and enquiries
- Follow-up on referral sources.
- Accurate completion of CRM database.
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
**Preferred Skills**:
- Sales Experience in the service industry - Essential
- Previous experience in Medical Sales or Community Services - Desirable
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral), and an ability to lead and motivate in the achievement of organizational goals
