Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for multiple Planning Officer’s to join the Scheme Reforms Branch in ensuring the uplift of services and initiatives that support stronger outcomes for Participants of the Scheme.
APS4 Labour Hire daily rate contract spanning an initial 12 months with the strong possibility of extension. Hourly rate on offer is $43.82 + Superannuation. To be based out of our client’s Richmond location.
This contract will be within a hybrid environment, with 2 days working from home, and expected 37.5-hour weeks.
**About the role**
The APS4 Assurance Planning Officer will have a public contact role and may be required to communicate with and provide advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- APS4 Assurance Planning Officers are accountable under broad direction to undertake moderately complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the Assurance Planning Team
- Collection and assessment of key planning decisions in accordance with the National Disability Scheme Act and Rules
- High quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems, adhering to process guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Research and review decisions with regard to routine cases and manage moderately complex cases with the assistance of staff at higher classification level
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Key skills required include communication and interpersonal skills
