We are a well established wholesale food supplier looking for an experienced Operations / Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. Though the job is far more than Customer Service as need your all round office skills including general admin, operations, logistics, ecommerce

For this role you will need to be comfortable with performing a variety of duties. This may include general adhoc tasks all the way through to playing an active part in developing the company as it continues grows.

We are looking for a person who is a great communicator and can demonstrate that they are self-motivated and can work autonomously when required.

Your experience in a small office, skill set and qualifications will include:

- Ability to work in high volume sales environment
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Experience in assisting with a company’s daily operation procedures with a strong systematic approach
- Experience in coordinating purchase orders, credits and returns with external stakeholders
- Experience with Xero is an advantage
- MS Excel skills will be highly regarded
- An understanding of Logistics process desirable.
- Ability to be proactive, take responsibility and work unsupervised

Based in the Inner West.
