**Your role**:
As the Digital Activations & Content Executive at Coty Australia, you will be part of the ecommerce team and collaborate across teams to achieve revenue and digital media performance goals.

**Reporting to the eCommerce Director, you will**:
Plan, schedule and report on owned social channels (Instagram | Sprinklr) for our iconic consumer brands; Rimmel, Sally Hansen, Covergirl and Max Factor
Support the Ecommerce Account Manager and Pharmacy NAMs in management of the promotional calendar for our pure player customers
Be a brand guardian to ensure flawless execution in our customer activity and sites
Ecommerce projects that include;
Digital Creative optimisation - working with the global and brand teams to drive best in class creative to maximise digital media performance
Bazaarvoice - working with Bazaarvoice, the global and sales teams to integrate ratings and reviews on our owned sites and customer sites
SOPOST - working with SOPOST, our brand and sales teams to execute online sampling campaigns as needed
PERFECT CORP - working with Perfect Corp, Global innovation team, brand and sales teams to set up and execute virtual try on and virtual try on campaigns to drive conversion
Staff Site (creative & UX) - Setting up and execution of Staff Site (Shopify)
Other ecommerce projects from time to time
Reporting
Support the Ecommerce Director on projects and admin tasks from time to time.

**You will have**:
3+ years in e-Commerce/Digital
Experience in FMCG/Fashion/Beauty & Wellness/ e-commerce sites, digital agency or affiliates highly regarded
Knowledge of the e-commerce and digital landscape
Strong communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills - working with internal (Sales & marketing) as well as external (Customer & agency) stakeholders.
Highly organised, methodical and process driven.
Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
Platform experience on paid media (Google, Facebook), Shopify (Ecommerce), Sprinklr | Instagram (social media), Skuvantage | Salsify (product information libraries) and Amazon highly regarded
Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment.
