**About the Role**
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role, overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring a small team of bridal cleaning specialists, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and helping drive operational improvements as we scale.

This is a hands-on roll, so you’ll still be assisting in the laundry daily, but as we grow your focus will naturally shift to non-laundry duties.

**Your key focus areas will be**:

- Supervising and motivating the cleaning team to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Ensuring gowns are restored to pristine condition, following MyDressbox standards
- Supporting customers with professional and compassionate communication
- Training new and existing team members in gown care techniques and stain removal
- Managing stock levels and maintaining equipment
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards

**About You**
- 3-5 years’ experience in commercial cleaning, dry cleaning, or garment care (specialty fabric experience highly regarded)
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Professional, friendly communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Customer-first approach and passion for garment care
- As an online laundry, an ability to handle customer live chat, and our shopify website platform and other digital tools would be highly advantageous but not mandatory to be successful in the role
