**Bridal Laundry Assistant - Wedding Dress Cleaning | MyDressbox Pty Ltd**

**About the Role**
Reporting to the 2IC Laundry Manager, you'll be responsible for the careful and loving handling of bridal gowns as they move through our cleaning process. Existing laundry experience and a knowledge of delicate bridal fabrics will be highly regarded.

You'll be supporting our experienced team unboxing, racking, cleaning and carefully steaming and boxing our brides beautiful wedding gowns and accessories.

**Your key focus areas will be**:

- Carefully hand cleaning stunning bridal garments with high attention to detail
- Adhering to our gown care processes including before and after photos
- Operating some specialist equipment (when trained) to tackle difficult stains
- Proactively identifying and recommending ways we can improveme
- Comply with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards

**About You**
- Customer-first approach and passion for garment care
- Prior experience in a commercial laundry or dry-cleaner is an advantage
- Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Professional, friendly communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
