Full Job Description

A known business in the Victorian civil construction industry with a sound brand image and family-feel culture. With projects from Sth east suburbs to regional Vic and the Great Ocean Road we are looking to appoint an experienced pavements supervisor.

With a focus on work-life balance, this business operates Mon - Fri with general 8/10 hr working days.

You will join a well-experienced delivery team and cover the following duties:

- Demonstrate a strong focus on maximizing production and meeting project budgets
- Ensure works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities is performed to the highest quality
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Manage subcontractors
- Plan and schedule projects
- Oversee project programming

As the ideal applicant, you will have:

- Proven experience of at least 5 years working as a Site Supervisor on civil projects in Australia
- A strong understanding of Surfacing, Pavements, Earthworks, Water, and Utilities would be advantageous
- Ability to lead a team and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in relevant IT skills
