As a Truck Scheduler, you will play a vital role in managing the logistics and scheduling of our fleet, optimizing delivery routes, and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize your knowledge and understanding of fleet payload capacities to optimize scheduling.
- Leverage your familiarity with the Sydney metro area to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Oversee load management to ensure compliance with relevant legislative standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities
- Utilize sales skills to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Showcase your problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize deliveries effectively, even under pressure.
- Maintain composure and perform well under demanding situations.

Skills and Experience:

- Preferable background in sales and customer service, complemented by your ability to handle scheduling tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work calmly and with precision under pressure, ensuring smooth operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with customers and team members effectively.
- Punctuality, professional presentation, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
