Procedural Sedation Doctors - flexible, supported, and well-remunerated work for emergency physicians and senior registrars.
- We are looking for doctors who are comfortable performing procedural sedation.- Xaler Health provides sedation & medical support for patients undergoing procedures in accredited clinics & facilities. We typically work with dentists, oral surgeons, ENTs, and gastroenterologists.Benefits of working with Xaler

- **Consistency** - once you have been working with us for some time, there is the ability to have set lists on a regular basis partnered with the same dental clinics every time for greater familiarity and efficiency.

What Xaler can do for you
- Provide access to sedation lists of patients (you can commit to as many or as few lists as you like and can select them based on times and locations that suit you).
- Provide administration and billing services
- Provide education materials to patients
- Provide equipment including oxygen, monitoring equipment and consumables. Our setup exceeds ANZCA guidelines.
- Provide training in the use of Xaler equipment and protocols
- Provide access to Xaler protocols and quality control measures

Essential Skills
- This position is best suited to practitioners with training in anaesthetics, emergency medicine, intensive care, or GP anaesthetics.- Registrar or Fellow of ACEM, ANZCA, CICM, or RACGP/ACRRM.
- A minimum three to six-month term of anaesthetics
- Extensive experience performing procedural sedation in an anaesthetic, emergency medicine, or intensive care environment
- ALS competency within the last 12 months
- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- General or Specialist AHPRA registration with no conditions or restrictions
