Job description:

Cornucopia, a world-renowned fundraising agency, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Door to Door Fundraising Manager to join its established fundraising program. Our mission is to provide support to the world's most trusted charity, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, in both Queensland and Victoria.

The Role:

- Drive growth in Melbourne and Brisbane's D2D fundraising program and achieve objectives and targets.
- Motivate team members and exceed daily and weekly targets.
- Lead by example in all aspects of fundraising in the field.
- Meet individual daily sign-up targets.
- Work with the Face to Face Manager to achieve team KPIs.
- Monitor team performance, provide support and additional coaching/training.
- Set daily/weekly targets for team members.
- Train new staff and identify other training needs.
- Conduct morning meetings and ensure team members are informed.
- Ensure team members are professional advocates for Cornucopia and the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a face-to-face fundraising program.
- Proven track record exceeding KPIs in a fundraising or sales environment.
- Ability to lead and manage fundraising/sales teams.
- Positive pro-active mindset and ability to inspire others.
- Experience delivering training and coaching to Face-to-Face fundraisers.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
