**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are hiring a casual Retail Assistants to join the team at our boutique bottle shop in Collingwood. With a focus on craft beer, quality wine and boutique spirits, our stores proudly sit as a part of the community. We are looking for people who are confident in building connections with the community and upholding our company reputation and values which we base upon honest, educated and light hearted customer service

Prior experience is an advantage but not essential - Not everyone is an expert on all things liquor, and that's ok as we offer on the job training and development. There are clear progression opportunities into managing shifts, managing a store or multiple stores for the right person as the group expands.

- You thrive on delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexible in working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- You have highly developed communication skills. 
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail. 
- Must hold a valid VIC Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.90 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
