About the role

Shared Services Specialist

The Shared Services Specialist role is responsible for delivering day to day Accounts Payable (AP) operations, Accounts Receivable (AP) operations, financial reporting, PO management, invoicing, reconciliations and debt collection, in line with our standard Procure-to-Pay processes across all AGL sites and locations.

Engaging effectively with AGL stakeholders is key to delivering on the core objectives of Shared Services and providing support, guidance and problem-solving responsibilities of this role.

About the role:
- Timely processing of supplier invoices in NetSuite.- Achieve ~90% of small business payments within 30 days- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis- Weekly cash flow preparation for supplier payments, including weekly payment runs.- Resolve PO approval queries promptly with Internal stakeholders.- Manage USD forecast for international supplier payments

About you:
- Extensive experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong focus on invoice processing and management- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to plan ahead and manage time-sensitive tasks effectively- Proven ability to collaborate within teams and build strong stakeholder relationships- Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous; experience with other accounts receivable systems also valued- Quick learner who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
