**Quality Assurance Business Improvement - Support Officer (Fair Trading Licensing)**
**Grade**:Clerk Grade 3/4
**Salary range**:$82,193 - $90,001 per annum + super
**Duration**:Temp until June 2026
**About the team**
This an exciting development opportunity to be part of high functioning, dynamic team. We are searching for a motivated team member with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to working to join the Quality Assurance and Business Improvement Team within Fair Trading Licensing.
Fair Trading Licensing is responsible for assessing and maintaining licences, certificates and authorities in Real Estate & Property, Transport & Business. The Quality Assurance and Business Improvement Team supports the Fair Trading Licensing teams to provide an exceptional experience to their customers through quality and compliance adherence and process improvement.

**Your day-to-day**
- Maintenance of new and existing standard operating procedures and support documentation, adhering to set procedures and policies
- Participation in audit activities in line with internal policy to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and codes of practice or standards, and the management of audit findings
- Administrative support for the log of business improvement ideas and initiatives, audit summary logs and other quality assurance tasks as required
- Assist with the maintenance of the Fair Trading Licensing Online Portal (SharePoint)
- Coordinate meetings and consultation workshops as required
- Other administrative support as required by the team
