We are seeking a dedicated **Recruitment Coordinator** with demonstrated success in a similar role to join our Head Office team in **Broadbeach** on a **full-time basis**.
The successful applicant will have outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task and work autonomously, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
**What does a typical day look like?**
This role is responsible for supporting operational Managers and the People & Culture team members within our business units to drive the recruitment process. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be focused, and outcome driven to achieve desired recruitment outcomes for the business nationally.
**What are your responsibilities?**
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process (strategy, approvals, sourcing, interview, shortlist, welcoming journeys, and inductions)
- Shortlisting, tracking and coordinating interviews with job applicants around Australia
- Identifying and recommending areas for improvement in recruitment administration, sourcing processes and systems
- Support the Recruitment Advisors and P&C Team with
- Support the development of internal and external talent pools
- Coordination of pre-employment checks (references, medicals, visas, police checks)
- Completion of weekly and monthly tracking dashboard reports
- Drive continuous improvement practices in all areas of job scope
- Work on assigned tasks or ad hoc projects in the Recruitment Team
**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Demonstrated success in a similar recruitment role in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and manage a changing workload
- Developing and implementing competency-based recruitment tools and systems
- Excellent computer skills and experience in using e-Recruitment systems preferred
- Willingness to learn new recruitment processes and methodologies
- An organised approach to all processes and procedures
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally & externally
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of an organisation
- Strong time management and organisation skills
