**About the Role**:

- Building new and existing relationships
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Growing new and existing accounts
- Negotiation and collaboration

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Past experience working within recruitment
- Strong sales process and strategic skills
- A history of achievement, particularly in regards to financial targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
