Reporting to the Digital Services & Customer Experience Vic Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Start or develop your career as a Digital Web Producer. With your technical background and ambition, you have an appreciation for Marketing always putting the customer first.
- Reporting to the Digital Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Execute and manage campaign and digital marketing briefs;
- Management of all digital content via the website from draft, review to publishing through Craft Content Management System;
- Working with our SEO agency to implement all necessary updates and requests;
- Prioritising and triaging content requests from internal stakeholders;
- Supporting the Digital Web team in the delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
- Managing Metricon Google My Business Profile
- Support in eDM production through Sales Force Marketing Cloud

- Entry or Grad level working within a digital marketing environment with understanding of Web Content Management systems and customer data;
- Sound knowledge of web tools (eg. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager);
- Technically minded and Customer Service Oriented;
- Project Management skills to manage multiple projects/stakeholders;
- Ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- The ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines; and
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.
