**Ab**out th**e role**

This position is a fixed term, full time role in Community Services and based at the Dr Mackay Centre. This rewarding role will supervise and coordinate Council’s Involve Eurobodalla business which provides plan management, support coordination and direct support services to participants of the NDIS, including residents living in Council’s specialist disability accommodation.

Your main duties will include:

- Coordinating the effective delivery of programs and support to NDIS clientele, in line with NDIS Practise standards.
- Mentoring, developing and supervising staff.
- Monitoring operational budgets and providing financial data to support business analysis and financial process improvement.
- Ensuring a high-quality customer service through ongoing review and monitoring of service delivery outcomes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

**Salary Information**

Total remuneration for the role is in the range of $101,633.35 to $108,844.25 gross per annum comprising:

- $91,150.99 to $97,618.16 base salary
- $10,482.36 to $11,226.09 superannuation (calculated at 11.5%)
- _A satisfactory outcome as a result of a National Criminal History Record Check._
- _A verified clearance as a result of the Working with Children Check._
- _A verified clearance as a result of a NDIS Screening Check._
