We are currently seeking a switched on cleaner with experience in leading, managing and coordinating large teams in a service delivery background. This role is located on the north of Brisbane with weekend work included. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to develop their leadership skills and be apart of a growing organisation.

**Description**:
**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations according to contractual requirements
- Effectively manage staff to include efficient shift coverage requirements and service delivery KPIs are met
- Train and mentor team members
- Actively promote a positive and safe work environment
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
- Preparation of reporting requirements
- Respond to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries
- Ensure all staff follow correct policies and procedures including reporting, hazard identification and risk management

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Supervisory experience or management experience in the cleaning industry (highly desirable)
- An excellent customer and service delivery focus
- Ability to lead and motivate the team, and encourage good team work
- Thorough understanding of safe chemical use, and OHS in the workplace
- Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and written
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint as a minimum
- Valid driver’s licence
