Join our dynamic team as a Chiller Team Leader at our bustling distribution centre in Truganina We’re looking for a proactive and motivated leader to oversee our chiller operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

If you have a passion for teamwork and a knack for problem-solving, this is your chance to take on a hands-on role that makes a real impact. Come help us keep our distribution running smoothly while leading a dedicated team in a critical area of our operations

**Daily Tasks**
- Supervise, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor safety standards and lead corrective action in areas of high risk.
- Coach and develop the Dispatch team to ensure they have the capability to meet the performance goals.
- Identify and manage Food Safety and Quality issues, hazards, and risks.
- Lead by example and ensure QA standards are maintained.
- Identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with GMP, Housekeeping, and audit standards
