Henry M’s is a vibrant neighbourhood restaurant located in Manning, WA, known for warm, genuine hospitality, high-quality food and drinks, and a loyal local following. We offer a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and private functions throughout the week.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate **Duty Manager** to take the lead on our **day service** from **Wednesday to Sunday**.

**The Role**:
As Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations during daytime service, supporting the team, ensuring smooth shifts, and delivering the standout hospitality Henry M’s is known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead FOH team during busy day shifts with confidence and calm
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold venue standards
- Manage opening procedures, floor flow, and team performance
- Support staff training, motivation, and clear communication
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or duty manager role
- Warm, professional and proactive leadership style
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for great food, coffee, and customer care
- RSA and Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
