**About the role**

The Digital team is recruiting for 3 new GPM roles to lead strategy and execution across the core eCommerce journey.

**GPM Inspire -** This position will drive innovation in how we deliver value and inspiration - through recipes, campaigns, our catalogue and more - ensuring we become the premier destination for food and drink, as well as overseeing the delivery slot selector experience and enhancing our Rapid, Click and Collect and CFC omni-channel offerings.

**GPM Shop - **This position will drive innovation in how we accelerate our ease of shopping experience for our customers - ensuring we become the premier destination for food and drink.

**GPM Checkout - **This position will drive innovation across trolley, checkout, payments, and post-purchase journeys on web and app, with a focus on optimising checkout conversion, driving savings through automation and enhancing the post-purchase experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy & Roadmap Development: Develop and execute strategy and roadmap for your area of accountability.
- Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder engagement. Manages 3-5 product managers
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to establish strategy and ensure alignment as you execute on your roadmap.
- User Experience: Ensure a seamless, integrated user experience across web and app.
- OKR Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve critical OKRs, including NPS and UPO.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Utilise advanced analytical skills to track and optimise customer experience metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.

**About you and your skills**
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a product management leadership role, with a focus on digital retail experience.
- Data Driven: Understanding and experience in delivering customer experience metrics (KPIs) and OKRs.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale customer-focused initiatives.
- Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Digital Expertise: Strong background in digital product management.
- Education: Relevant Tertiary Degree in Commerce, or a related field.
- Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in digital product management tools and methodologies.
