**About the role**

Are you ready to shape the future of last mile delivery at one of Australia’s most iconic brands? Coles Group is seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager - Last Mile Technology to lead the development and evolution of a cutting-edge platform that transforms how we deliver to our customers.

As Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Online Network & Growth Team, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Last Mile Technology product. This platform integrates driver execution tools, journey mapping, and van telematics to optimise performance and elevate the van driver experience. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic mix of cross-functional teams—including Coles Operations, Engineering, Last Mile Planning, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, and 3rd Party Vendors—to bring innovative solutions to life.

**What you’ll do**
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Last Mile Technology.
- Lead market scanning and product discovery through deep cross-functional engagement.
- Drive solution design and platform delivery, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Post-launch, own and evolve the feature roadmap, delivering commercial outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Champion the driver experience, leveraging data and technology to enhance every journey.

**About you**
- Proven experience in product management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or delivery technology.
- A background in vehicle routing & route optimization.
- Experience working cross functionally with store operations teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A passion for optimising operational performance through technology.
- Experience with telematics, journey mapping, or driver tools is highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and commercial acumen.
