**Core responsibilities in the role include**:

- Leading the Ambius Outdoor Gardening team ensuring that they are supported and trained in field by following the GROW principles while leading and assisting general garden maintenance.
- Finding and sourcing new opportunities
- Quoting and estimation of add on Maintenance agreements
- Ensuring a quality service exceeds customer expectations. Performance manage all direct reports whilst promoting and develop a healthy work environment that facilitates the achievement of succession planning, personal goals and employee satisfaction.

**At Ambius, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is**:

- As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks
- Experience working independently to achieve set targets
- Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both verbally and in writing
- Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
