**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Lead to take charge of daily operations at our Hastings facility. This is a rare opportunity to lead a large, skilled team in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement, optimising processes, and ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of our manufacturing systems, including contributing to strategic upgrades like the implementation of S4 Hana. If you’re ready to lead with purpose, empower your team, and make a tangible impact, this is your chance to do just that.

**The Fit**

We’re after a confident, collaborative leader with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership. You’ll be someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to get the best out of your team. You’ll bring strong planning and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You’ll also have:

- Proven experience managing large teams and allocating daily work.
- A solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems (experience with S4 Hana is a bonus).
- Exposure to MYOB and inventory processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- A forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
