**About the Campus**

Owned and operated by Only About Children, Little Village Early Learning - Bridgeman Downs is located 20 minutes north of Brisbane at 207 Ridley Road, Bridgeman Downs. Being our largest campus, currently caring for 166 children, allows our educators plenty of opportunity to progress within our organisation and have exciting experiences across 10 different aged, based rooms. This also allows our teams to create a unique early learning environment while protecting a nature reserve for wildlife, flora and fauna.

**About the Role**

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, flexible, and experienced casual early childcare educators to work in our beautiful Bridgeman Downs campus. You will be looking to work for a company with a difference, who challenge the ‘norm’, and who’s values are centered around enriching children's education and well-being.

Working as a casual team member is such an important and valuable role. You will quickly become a key part of our team and we want to ensure you feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate positively and openly with children
- Support permanent team members throughout the day
- Assist children in daily routines and meal time
- Engage and interact with children down at their level
- Communicate and collaborate with other educators
