**KNOW THE ROLE**

Leading and motivating the online team is a key factor of this role. As this is a deadline driven environment, this role will be suitable to someone who is hands-on, organized and able to lead a team to meet operational KPIS.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous experience in a role within an order processing and fulfilment environment.
- Experience using fulfilment software.
- Implement and maintain fulfilment processes to ensure excellent customer service.
- Experience in managing a team, performance management and training.
- Self-motivated, high attention to detail, professional and hardworking.
- Strong analytical and solution focused skills.
