Main Duties
- Coordinate the customer database and develop growth strategies including segmentation.
- Own the monthly EDM strategy, testing and reviewing results to optimise campaigns and drive engagement.
- Plan, post and monitor and report on Indooroopilly’s social media platforms including developing the monthly content calendar, curating and creating content for the platforms and liaising with external agencies where needed with a focus on highlighting key retailers and campaigns to drive sales.
- Implement Indooroopilly’s paid social campaigns, reviewing results to implement in future planning.
- Coordinate website content - ensuring content is relevant to promote key centre campaigns and retailers.
- Champion digital customer insight platforms
- Own the digital and social budgets, plan and monitor spend
- Upload and manage relevant centre events though ticketing platform i.e. Humanitix.
- Drive retailer participation and involvement in content opportunities for social media.
- Coordinate competitions and giveaways required for database acquisition and social media.
- Visit retailers regularly to profile key products and sales in their stores on social media. Support the wider marketing team with adhoc marketing requests.
