Based at our **Indooroopilly** location, the pivotal role of **Clinic Manager** is to lead, coach, inspire and drive the performance of the clinic team.

You’ll manage a team of skin-enthusiastic professionals, leading a team of all levels, from graduate to senior Skin/ Body Therapists and Cosmetic Medical Professionals.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
- Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
- Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic
- Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments

**ABOUT YOU**
- A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership (ideally 1-2 years as a store or clinic manager)
- A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded
- Organised, immaculately groomed, and highly discreet
