We are looking for a combination of enthusiastic, passionate individuals, hungry to deliver exceptional services, because who doesn't love a good combo. **Key EJ responsibilities**
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and restroom areas thoroughly.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, paying attention to high-traffic areas.
- Empty and sanitize trash bins, replace liners.
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and supplies.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Dust and wipe shelves, countertops, and equipment.
- Maintain kitchen equipment according to guidelines.
- Dispose of waste properly.
- Report maintenance issues or hazards.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
- Work efficiently and independently.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

**Ideal skills and experience**
- Attention to detail: Meticulousness in cleaning tasks to ensure thorough sanitation.
- Time management: Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently within designated time frames.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and management.
- Independence: Capability to work autonomously during overnight shifts.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and additional tasks.
- Previous commercial or food service cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience following cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Basic maintenance knowledge to report issues to management.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
