**About the role**

As a Compliance Manager, Incident Reporting, in our Risk & Compliance team, you will be responsible for leading the reporting of incidents, breaches, and significant risk issues in line with complex legislative obligations.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering functional reporting to regulators, senior management, Committees and Boards on compliance incidents, breaches, and significant risk issues.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Compliance Incidents and Breaches this role is to play an integral part in ensuring that the Australian Retirement Trust Group Boards and entities continually meet their licence and regulatory obligations.

This role is available as a permanent opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Significant regulatory experience within the financial services industry, particularly in relation to superannuation, wealth management and insurance industries
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to focus on proactive compliance and risk management and education
- Highly developed ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels including regulatory stakeholders
- An ability to pragmatically utilise expert technical knowledge to deliver commercially orientated outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyse problems
