**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Selling digital marketing solutions — SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web Design — to small and mid-sized businesses.
- Managing inbound leads (no cold call lists), qualifying them, and converting them into long-term clients.
- Building rapport quickly, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that close.
- Achieving monthly KPIs on conversions, revenue, and retention — and getting rewarded for it.
- Maintaining an organised CRM pipeline.
- Collaborating directly with management on improving sales processes and offers.

**Who You Are**
- 2+ years of experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
- Motivated by commission and performance outcomes.
- Results-focused, disciplined, and resilient.
- Capable of working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
- Strong communicator — persuasive, confident, and professional.
- Entrepreneurial — you think like a business owner, not just an employee.
