Diplomatik is seeking Electrical PCB Assemblers for a Leading Automation and control systems client based in Kewdale. The role is a temp-to-perm position with competitive rates and penalties.

The role will be full-time hours Monday - Friday 0700 - 1500 with overtime available.

**Duties**:

- Assemble electrical PCBs and components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to ensure precise and accurate assembly.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest process improvements and enhance product performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role within the electrical industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
