**About the role**:
CSR are seeking a dynamic Multi-Site **Operations Manager** to oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple sites within New South Wales. This role is critical in ensuring performance in manufacturing, production, maintenance, and supply, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple sites to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, driving collaboration and high performance across sites.
- Establish and track performance goals, conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous development and achievement.
- Implement and drive lean manufacturing principles, whilst fostering a high-performance team.
- Standardise and roll out best practice operational procedures.
- Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, track costs, and optimise outcomes.
**What you bring to the role**
- Proven experience in operations management, industrial relations preferably across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
- Experience working in a complex industrial relations environment.
- Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement.
- Financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets and cost optimisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
