We are Hiring: Junior Administrator – Civil Construction

ANR Engineering Pty Ltd is an ISO-accredited civil construction company delivering projects across Sydney for local councils and private developers. We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our dynamic team and support our operations, project, and estimating departments.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in civil construction administration. You will be responsible for assisting with daily project coordination, document control, and office administration tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support across project and office functions

Assist with tender submissions, document formatting, and compliance registers

Maintain filing systems, databases, and project documentation in line with ISO standards

Support internal teams with procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery tracking

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and council representatives when required

Assist with onboarding, timesheets, and general office coordination tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in administration within the civil construction industry

Strong Microsoft Office 365 and document management skills

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication

Understanding of WHS, Quality, or Environmental documentation will be highly regarded

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
