About the Role

Are you looking for a great opportunity to build a rewarding career where you can make a difference within a supportive team environment? We have several vacancies available for Disability Support Workers across Residential Services.

Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, hoisting, assistance with everyday household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.

About You

If you are passionate about supporting clients to manage their own lifestyles and live the life they choose and ideally you have experience with supporting individuals to meet their goals, we would like to hear from you. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Clear and effective communications skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Manual Handling Experience
- A positive and professional approach
- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening and weekends
- Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.

- Resume
- A relevant qualification in Disability/Aged Care/Individual Support
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- Infection Control Certificate
- A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- The ability to obtain and NDIS worker screening clearance

**Salary**: $28.33 - $64.16 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mount Helen, VIC 3350 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mount Helen, VIC 3350: Relocate before starting work (required)
