Furrow Management Systems Australia (Furrow MSA) is a WA-founded business delivering custom-engineered liquid injection systems to broadacre and row crop farmers across Australia. With thousands of systems in operation and a reputation for product performance, support, and innovation - we’re expanding. We're on the lookout for a driven Sales Support Representative to join our high-performing team.

**About the Role**:
As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in servicing Furrow MSA’s customer base across Western Australia and beyond. You’ll be actively engaging with our agent network and growers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and support them from quote to post-installation. This role suits someone with structured sales/customer service experience, who enjoys engaging with new people and experiences whilst acquiring technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbound leads and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer follow-ups.
- Support installation planning and aftersales service as needed.
- Support senior sales team members as required.
- Maintain and develop key customer database information.

**About You**:

- Experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Commitment to acquire understanding of modern broadacre cropping practices.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn and explain technical products.
- Computer literate with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office.
- Current driver’s licence; willingness to travel regionally.

**Location**:
This position is based at our **Bellevue WA** headquarters, with occasional regional travel throughout WA.
