**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking committed hospitality professionals to join the Leadership Team at El Cortez Hotel in the Full-Time role of Assistant Manager. You will be leading the venue team to successfully operate the hotel in a hands-on role which combines both FOH and BOH duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of bar, gaming and food staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to venue cleanliness and presentation.
- Utilizing problem solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
