**Looking for a new challenge in a highly flexible role in the early childhood sector? We’re on the lookout for experienced coaches and mentors to join our team**

As a Gowrie Coach and Mentor, you will champion excellent early childhood education and care by mentoring new teachers and working with organisations and individuals in the early childhood sector to improve their practice and service effectiveness. You will bring valuable skills and expertise to make this role your own, while also being supported by an experienced team of mentors and coaches.

We’re seeking passionate professionals who can build and nurture relationships with new teachers, organisations, and individuals in the early childhood sector. In addition, we’re looking for individuals with:

- A Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and full VIT registration
- Experience in a leadership role in the early childhood sector
- The ability to act as a facilitator, mentor, and coach, and work effectively at an individual, group and organisational level
- Excellent communication and critical reflection skills, with the ability to identify individual and organisational needs and provide achievable recommendations to address them
- An ability to travel across the Department of Education and Training’s South Western Region including Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh and Colac
