They are currently seeking an outstanding Associate Urban Designer to join their highly skilled Urban Design department, which consists of a talented team of 10 individuals.

This role offers a unique blend of job management and mentorship responsibilities, creating an exciting and interactive opportunity for professional growth.
- Crafting and implementing urban design guidelines
- Developing strategic frameworks and structure plans
- Designing innovative and captivating activity centers
- Contributing to the formulation of urban regeneration frameworks
- Conducting comprehensive urban context and site analysis
- Performing in-depth feasibility studies to shape future urban landscapes.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- A robust background of approximately 8+ years in urban design or a similar role within the local market
- Proven experience in mentoring or leading high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen, allowing you to make an impact from day one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas with precision and influence stakeholders
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fluid and dynamic work environment
