Elios Osteria is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and uphold the warm, authentic hospitality we're known for.

**Key Duties**:

- Lead and motivate the FOH team during service
- Train staff and maintain high service standards
- Prepare efficient rosters and manage wage costs
- Monitor KPIs including customer numbers, average spend, labour and food costs, and reviews
- Oversee FOH ordering and stock control
- Be hands-on on the floor—quick, professional, and customer-focused

**Requirements**:

- Proven hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with a strong focus on customer service
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $48,640.24 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
