Foh Supervisor

Elios Osteria (part of JB Alliance Group) is looking for a hands-on FOH Supervisor to join our team. This role involves leading daily service, supervising staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and actively assisting management in all aspects of operations.

Key duties include staff supervision, training, stock ordering, assisting with recruitment, rostering, handling bookings, managing cash, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role is hands-on, with full involvement in service and daily operations.

Key KPIs include: customer numbers, customer spend, food cost control, Google reviews, and team performance.

Pay: $25.48 - $33.00 per hour
