**The Role**

Our client is Australia's largest meat and processing company with strong company values. Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordination of processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely return to work of injured and//or ill employees within the Wacol site.
- Work in conjunction with the wider injury management, local safety and HR team to identify and implement change in process or provide education that assists with injury prevention and health and wellbeing initiatives.

**Your Background**

In order to be successful for this role you will have:

- Strong communication, listening and interaction skills
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects simultaneously
- The ability to work well under deadlines and pressure
- Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience preparing reports for management
- Current drivers license
