- Lovely professional family in Balmain are requiring an after school care nanny to care for G5.5 years.
- Imagine arriving at their Balmain cottage at 2:30pm, preparing afternoon tea and strolling up to the local primary school to greet G5 1/2 year old daughter. You may stop at the playground so she can run around with her friends, or sometimes at the ice cream shop for a treat, on your way home. When you get home you will have fun time playing with their fairy castle, creating at the craft table or dressing teddy bears ready for their picnic. You will prepare an easy dinner with the fresh ingredients from the fridge, supervise her happily eating, and then a splash in the bath. Together you will read a few books before one of the parents arrives home for bedtime.- Responsibilities are: school pick up (10 minutes walk), guided or independent play, preparation of dinner, dinnertime, bath time, books and bedtime routine. Light household duties will relate primarily to your childcare duties, like tidying up after games, preparing and cleaning up after dinner.
- The family have a regular cleaner.
- Driver not essential however can have use of a car if needed.
- The family also have a rescued greyhound called Orson who would love to be walked on the school pick up run when possible but this can be negotiated. Either way you will need to be comfortable having the dog in the house as he’s part of the family.
- Covid vaccination preferred.
